We completed the full renovation of the former industrial marina warehouse structure, including the Ketchikan Narrows, a small sustainable courtyard space located between the two older buildings which created a dramatic, light filled entry sequence into the renovated marina warehouse for future creative Class-A office tenants. Through this creative process, themes of reuse and memory were invoked with a series of designs, including a galvanized steel/concrete wall, framing the property, lines of which were taken from an existing loft lines drawing of one of the family’s most loyal and beloved fishing vessels, the Renown.
