This tenant improvement in a 1907 building in downtown Seattle was completed on a budget of $25 per square foot and accommodated an aggressive owner schedule.  Each space was completed in 5 weeks, on schedule and on budget.  The project opened in September 2008, for a total construction cost of $168,000.  The project is seeking LEED Silver certification.
