Paladino and Company’s new office space reflects their values as a sustainable consulting company. They wanted a welcoming and memorable  entry space for the visitor but also a beautiful space for Paladino employees to use daily. The new entries on the second and the fourth floors make a bold visual statement while also displays their commitment to sustainable design. We also took design cues form Paladino’s unique collaborative working methods by keeping the main workspace open and designing many conference rooms of differing sized to accommodate group discussions and design charrettes.
